We do not cancel game registrations once user has registered for a particular game by paying for it however, in case of exceptional circumstances wherein the fault may lie with the payment gateway or from our side, we will cancel your order on request and refund the money back to you within a reasonable amount of time.

Refund Policy

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of payment, & in case of payment made through payment gateway, payments will be refunded in the same account.
