1.1 CoolBoots Media Pvt Ltd ("Playtime", "We", "Our", "Us") is committed to the protection of personal information provided by the users ("You", "Your", "User") to Playtime. You agree that Your use of Playtime mobile application ("App") implies Your consent to the collection, retention and use of Your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").

1.2 This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature and is a legally binding document between You and Playtime.

1.3 We take the privacy of Our Users seriously. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of Our Users while providing a personalized and valuable service.

1.4 No User information is rented or sold to any third party. When You use the App, the App may collect Your device number and other personal information. A high standard of security is maintained by Us for Our Users. However, the transmission of information via the internet or telephone networks is not completely secure. While We do Our best to protect Your information, particularly with respect to protection of Your personal data, Playtime cannot ensure the security of Your data transmitted via the internet, telephone or any other networks.

1.5 Access to the contents available through the App is conditional upon Your approval of this Privacy Policy which should be read together with the terms and conditions of use ("Terms"). You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy, together with our Terms, forms Our agreement with You in relation to Your use of the App ("Agreement").

Please note that usage of this app is limited to users within India only. Only users with valid & active Indian mobile number should download and install this app. As registration on the app requires the same. You should not use our app/ services outside India

Do not access or use our Services (Playtime android app & website pages) by any means or technology which conceals your actual geo-location or is unable to provide accurate details of the location (for example, use a virtual. Private network (VPN) to access Playtime Services).

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED

2.1 Traffic Data Collected
(This information is only captured from your device after you grant permission to Playtime app)

In order to provide the App, We automatically track and collect the following categories of information when You use the App:
We capture/ track information from your use of services. This information may be obtained from third parties in some cases. This information is used to provide best & customized service to each of our users, improve overall service delivery, devise new services, identify and reduce fraud or un-authorized use of our services and other purposes. All this information is captured after your explicit confirmation and permissions wherever required. Information tracked has been mentioned below to give details of the same.

1. Device & account information
We collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information including phone number and account information on phone).

How we use this information
We primarily use this information to detect fraud & unauthorized usage of Playtime services. Your device level information is also used in tracking your activity on Playtime for various actions.

2. Log information
When you use our services or view content provided by Playtime, we automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This includes:
a. details of how you used our service.
b. reading SMS Messages for the purpose of OTP verification & to provide relevant offers based upon your interest.
c. internet protocol address.
d. device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, the date and time of your request and referral URL.
e. cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Playtime Account.

How we use this information
We read SMS messages & routing information only for mobile number verification purposes during registration/ signup on Playtime. We do not read messages sent by any service other than Playtime itself for registration purpose. And we may also read promotional or transactional SMS to provide you with relevant offers. We will never read peer to peer or personal SMS's.

We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, like pixel tags etc. to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. We use multiple such 3rd party services like Google Analytics, Branch metrics etc. We may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other services to create a rich profile of you , to better your experience on Playtime.

3. Location information
When you use Playtime services, we may collect and process information about your location. We use various technologies to determine location, including IP address, GPS, and other sensors that may, for example, provide Playtime with information on nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and cell towers.

How we use this information
We use location information to maintain & improve services provided to you, to develop new services. These services include those provided to users within the app and via email communications that we shall send to you as mentioned above. We also use this information to offer you tailored & customized offers within the app, website and emails.

4. Unique application numbers
Certain services include a unique application number. This number and information about your installation (for example, the operating system type, application version number, etc..) may be sent to Playtime when you install or uninstall that service.

How we use this information
Operating system type & version helps us in providing best experience of Playtime for your operating system along with customizing offers displayed to you. Information about Installing and uninstalling of other services helps us in keeping track of offers that are common between these and Playtime and thus giving you best experience and performance within the app.

5. Local storage
We may collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as application data, caches.

How we use this information
This information is used to (a) maintain your login session on Playtime (b) this information may also be used from time-to-time to sync with Playtime servers and update services that we provide to you within the app for your next usage.

6. Cookies and similar technologies
We and our partners use various technologies to collect and store information when you visit a Playtime service, and this may include using cookies or similar technologies to identify your browser or device. We also use these technologies to collect and store information when you interact with services we offer to our partners, such as advertising services or Playtime features that may appear on other sites or various SDKs we use for product Analytics that help us analyse the traffic.

How we use this information
We use information collected from cookies and other technologies like pixel tags, Postbacks etc. to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. We use multiple tools & 3rd party services like Google Analytics, Singular etc. We may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other services to give you best experience within Playtime.

2.2 Personal Information Collected

In order to provide the App, We may require You to provide Us with certain information that personally identifies You ("Personal Information"). Personal Information includes the following categories of information:
If you do not agree, please do not use or access Playtime services

• (i) Contact data (such as Your e-mail addresses, phone number, Name); and
• (ii) Demographic data (such as your Age, Gender, City, location details and more); and If You communicate with Us by, for example, e-mail or letter, any information provided in such communication may be collected by Playtime.
• (iii) Financial data (such as Your account details, e-wallet details, credit or debit card details etc. that You have provided Us for disbursement of prizes and coupons or to add money/ cash in Playtime wallet).
• (iv) KYC data(such as Your Aadhar card number, photo, PAN info that You have provided Us) for disbursement of rewards and to authenticate Yourself to use the platform and that the same is within regional/ territorial laws.

2.3 Our App may transmit Your Personal Information to Our internal servers. This Personal Information is immediately deleted once You delete the App, except to the extent it is necessary to store the same under applicable laws. Further, We have implemented commercially reasonable physical, managerial, operational and technical security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration and to preserve the security of the Personally Information in Our care. Finally, this information is sed strictly in line with Our business purposes and to provide You with useful features like Toss.

2.4 Our App may contain links to third party websites or applications. You agree and understand that privacy policies of these websites are not under Our control. You understand that once You leave Our servers, use of any information You provide shall be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site used by You.

• To aid strategic development, data collection and business analytics;
• To provide seamless and swift delivery of prizes and coupons to You;

• To enhance User experience in relation to the App ("collectively, "Permitted Use")

5.1 The security of Your Personal Information is important to Us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to Us, both during transmission and once We receive it. All information gathered on Our Website is securely stored within Our controlled database. The database is stored on servers secured behind a firewall; access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited.

5.2 Although We make best possible efforts to store Personal Information in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public. However We do not guarantee that there will be no unintended disclosures of Your Personal Information. 9.2 No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the contents available through the App or its links to other internet resources as may be available to Your through the App.

9.3 Reference in the App to any specific commercial products, processes, or services, or the use of any trade, firm or corporation name is for the information and convenience of the public, and does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or favoring by Playtime.

10. Amendments to The Privacy Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy and terms and conditions from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be communicated through our Website(s) and Application. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when they continue to use the Website(s) and/or Application(s) after such changes have been first posted.

Playtime App requires following permissions to perform normally on your device

• Camera - To update profile picture on the App.
• Identity - Get details about different device identifiers for your device.
• SMS - Primarily to read and Verify OTP SMS for Playtime signup and registration process & reverification process. We may also use it for Analytics, Marketing & Targeting purposes.
• Read Contacts - We need this permission to make your signup fast & seamless. We detect email id present on your phone to assist signup process.
• Install Package - We need this permission to download & install latest updates of Playtime app on your device to deliver better service and experience on the App.
• Location - Get location of your device and associate it with your Playtime account & to personalize services offered to you.
• Photos/Media/Files & Storage Access - We only read and access various files stored by Playtime app on your device to keep the performance optimized.
• Wi-Fi connection status - We read the status of Wi-Fi connection on your device to notify you about the same and also intimate you to use Playtime at that time so as to save on your data costs.
• Other Permissions such as: Receive data from Internet, full network access, prevent device from sleeping, reorder running apps, view network connections, read Google service configuration, control vibration, battery optimization, run at start-up, modify system settings --- We use these services to give our users best possible experience on Playtime and improve our services from time to time.
